With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond A Vaughters of Atlanta, Kansas, born in Newkirk, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 15, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Vaughters and Hazel Vaughters (Chandler); his daughter Connie Smith; and his brother Richard B. Vaughters. He is survived by: his former wife Marian Means; his wife Mary Margarette "Margie" Axtell; his children, Terry Luton of Derby, Ronald Dale Vaughters (Sharon) of Wichita, Steve R. Vaughters of Belle Plaine, Michael Wayne Vaughters of Wichita, Patti Ream (Mark) of Piedmont, OK, Trudy Weide (Tim) of Rose Hill and Steven Ray Ferguson of Conway, AR; and his close friend Dorothy Keeton of Haysville. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
