She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lee Ellsworth and Betty Haney (Bollinger); her sons, Paul D. Leis of Derby, Patrick Leis of Rosalia, Jeff Leis of Douglass and Gregory Leis (Megan) of Douglass; and her sisters, Leanne Hamilton (Richard) of Bristow, OK and Kim Gordon of Rose Hill.
A memorial has been established in Paula's name for a nursing scholarship at Butler County Community College. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
