It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Heinzman of Atlanta, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on December 25, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Heinzman and Leta Heinzman (Need); his stepson Douglas Heinzman; and his brother James Heinzman. He is survived by: his wife Alice Ziegler; his stepchildren, Donna Marrs (Donald), Dennis Heinzman (Carla), David Heinzman (Jo), Diane Majerle (Joseph), Debbie Johnson (Bryan) and Denise Wilson; his grandchildren, Peter Howey, Daniel, Jeffrey, Christopher, Michael Heinzman, Robin Halsey (Bradley), Emily Trader (Kevin), Alida, Corey Johnson, Hannah and Haley Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Charlotte, Harrison Halsey, Rose and Evelyn Trader. He is also survived by his wife of 71 years, his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins and numerous friends.
Due to COVID-19 space in the church will be limited, masks and social distancing required.
