He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Bewley and Alma Lynch Bewley; and his siblings, Raymond, Jim Bewley, Louise Moulton, Peggy Wilburn and Patricia Swordy.

He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Bewley (Sandy) of Roswell, NM, Michael Bewley of Austin, TX and Karen Bewley of Austin, TX; his sister Jo Stewart of Hutchinson, KS; and his grandchildren, Kenneth, Dominic (Chelsea), Xavier, Bianca, Karla and Bryce Bewley.
