Wanda B. Scholz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda B. Scholz (Atchison, Kansas), who passed away on April 15, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Guinn and Belle Guinn (Hartman); her husband Leonard H. Scholz of John's Church; her sons, Jimmy Scholz and Jerry Scholz; and her siblings, Stanley Guinn, Marian Scott and Beulah Milton.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Scholz (Denene) of Atchison, KS and Donna Erpelding (Ron) of Atchison, KS; and her daughter-in-law Connie Scholz of Atchison, KS. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Arensberg Pruett Funeral Home (208 N 5th St, Atchison, KS 66002). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to Doniphan Cemetery, Amberwell Hospice or St. Jude Children's Hospital and may be left in care of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home.
