She is survived by: her mother Terri Downing (Loren "Scott") of Atchison, KS; her children, Jayden Downing, Dominic Fults and Ayianna Downing; her sister Breana Downing of Atchison, KS; and her grandmother Carolyn Tacy (DeAndre Turner-Fults).
