He is survived by: his wife Regina McCullough; his children, Mike McCullough of Leavenworth, KS, Kenny McCullough of Lansing, KS, Daniel McCullough of Atchison, KS and Nicole Brown of Atchison, KS; and his sisters, Vicky Huske of Topeka, KS and Joyce Ray of Troy, KS. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
