He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Willem Toews (Abe) and Fern Esther Rickard. He is survived by: his children, Levi Toews (Jessica) of Garden City, MO, Peter Corrigan of Denver, CO and Rebecca Welch of Atchison; his siblings, Steve Toews (Helga) of Athens, AL, Kathleen Swanson (Don) of Shoreview, MN and Christy Toews of Nortonville, KS; and his granddaughters, Madison and Mackenzie Welch. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Trinity Lutheran School Grant Fund or Project Concern's Meals on Wheels program and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
