He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Erpelding and Elizabeth Erpelding (Enzbrenner); his wife Helen Frances Majewski; his son Dennis Erpelding; and his brother-in-law Gene Schultz.
He is survived by: his children, Mark (Paula Erpelding), Luke (Sarah Erpelding), Peter (Christy Erpelding), Karen (Gary Reidmiller) and Donna (Mark Suddith); and his sister Rose Schultz of Rogers, AK. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and thirty-seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Louis Catholic Church and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
