With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond Earl Pyles of Atchison, Kansas, born in DeKalb, Missouri, who passed away on January 4, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lora Belle and Ernest Pyles; and his siblings, Marie Johnson, Omer, Ernest Jr., Bernard, Bobby and Chestine Pyles.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Pyles; his children, Raymond Pyles II (Paula) of Topeka, KS, Lora Martz (Brent) of Oklahoma City, OK, Michele Langley of Oklahoma City, OK, Matthew Pyles (Brenda) of Atchison, KS and Heather Burford of Grain Valley, MO; and his former wife Wilma Darlene Airington of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
