We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Paul Marion Spearman of Atchison, Kansas, born in Lawrence, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Spearman, Sr. and Vernell Spearman; and his sister Melanie. He is survived by: his wife Janice Spearman; his siblings, John (Eve), Michael (Mariane) and Terry (Saundra); his children, Stephen, Delice Downing, Taryn Wilburn and Ashley Smallwood; and his grandchildren, Aah'lice, Adrian, Jr., Brandon and Tyree. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to: The Spearman Family Student Research and Support Fund for the Department of African and African-American Studies at the University of Kansas. Warren-McElwain provides a full range of services including burial, cremation in our own crematory, entombment, or body donation.
