He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia Griffin (Black) and Howard Griffin; his son Norman; his grandchildren, Joy and Freeman; his wife Joy Griffin; his sons, Michael Griffin (Tami) of Rushville, MO and Steven Griffin (Debbie) of Rushville, MO; his stepsons, Marshall Goodlet (Bonnie) of Atchison, KS and Mitchell Goodlet (Bev) of Raytown, MO; his daughter Stephanie Hundley (David) of Atchison, KS; his stepdaughters, Melinda Smith (Tom) of Rushville, MO and Melody Nelson of Hiawatha, KS; his daughter-in-law Mary Beth Griffin of Atchison, KS; his grandchildren, Jason Griffin (Mandi), Bryce Hundley (Corinne), Jenna Martin (Ryan), Jennifer Fridell (Doug), Kristy Holle (Trey), Ryan Molt (Tyler), Stormy Davis (Rich), Christina Graf, Brandon Goodlet (Andrea), Dusty Blazek and Tara Nelson; his great grandchildren, Ashtyn, Bode Griffin, Theodore Norman Martin, Simon Holle, Adam, Teagan Nelson, Freeman Davis, Cameron, Aaron Fridell, Morgan, Carter Molt, Conner, Hannah, Jayden and Christian Simmers; his son Terry Griffin; and his stepdaughter Marsha Goodlet. He was also cherished by other five children to his family.
Memorials are suggested to St. Benedict Parish, Atchison Humane Society or MH-MA and may be left in care of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with whom care has been entrusted.
