It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy Lou Wessel of Atchison, Kansas, who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester J. Keating and Frances E. Keating; and her son-in-law George Kissenberth of Warren, Vt.. She is survived by: her children, Nina Schletzbaum (Gerald), William C. Wessel III and Lydia Funk (Sam); her grandchildren, Lauren Fitzpatrick (Tyson), Madison Wood of Burlington, Vt., Mary-Kate Funk (Abby), Liberty, Garner Funk (Ashley) and William Christian Wessel IV; and her great grandchildren, Abigail, River, Ava and Brynn. She is also survived by her husband and four children.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Trinity Episcopal Church, the Sisters of Mount Saint Scholastica or Amberwell Home Health and Hospice and may be left in care of Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home in Atchison.
