He is survived by: his children, Martin F. Gering (Carleen) of Atchison, KS, Mary Urban (Kenneth) of Atchison, KS and Patty Ralston (Johnny) of Atchison, KS; his grandchildren, Chris Urban, Jeff Urban, William Ralston, Joshua Ralston and Jessica Ralston; his great grandchild Samuel Ralston; his stepgrandchildren, Kristie Bradford and Dan Hayslett; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Christian Bradford and Danni Mae Hayslett.
Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Benedict Parish or St. Patrick's Knights of Columbus Council #818 and may be left in care of the funeral home.
