She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Behler and Wilda J. Behler (Carson); her brothers, Kent and Paul Behler; her grandsons, Trevor and Eric Betts; and her daughter-in-law Pamela Oxley.
She is survived by: her former husband Benny Oxley; her children, Jeff, Debbie and Shirley Oxley; her husband James Betts, Sr.; her children, Jimmy, Ricki and Amy Betts; and her siblings, Grimes Behler of Atchison, KS, Leila McConnaughey, Edythe Myers of Everest, KS, Linda McRay, Sharon Gladman and Pam Westbrook of Independence, MO.. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
