With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Kay Contreras of Atchison, Kansas, who passed away on April 1, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Kovar and Belva Kovar (Webb); and her brother Gary Kovar. She is survived by: her husband Charlie; her sons, Jonathan Contreras (Traci) of Atchison, KS and Christopher Contreras of Atchison, KS; her niece Carrie Kovar of Washington, D. C.; her grandchildren, Jaysha Portenier (Jake) of Platte City, MO, Derrick Contreras of Houston, TX and Dylon Leblue of Parkville, MO; and her great grandchildren, Audrey, Abel, Zav and TJ.
Memorials are suggested to St. Benedicts Parish or the First Christian Church and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
