It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leslie Zinser in Atchison, Kansas, who passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Edward Barchenski, Sr.; and her sister Dallas Barchenski. She is survived by: her mother Diane Barchenski (Holland); her husband Dan; her children, Jay Christensen (Kristen), Matt Christensen (Rachelle) and Kaytie Petersen (Soren); her grandchildren, Dylan (Caitlyn), Hanna Christensen, Kyle, Darren, Tanner Christensen, Harrison and Madelynn Petersen; her great grandchild Oakley Christensen; and her siblings, Stephanie Hines (Doc), Dana Johnson and Chip Barchenski (Julie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and countless other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Porter Funeral Home (8535 Monrovia, Lenexa, KS 66215). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
