She is survived by: her son Morley'Chip' Fultz, Jr. (Elaine); her grandsons, Larry Fultz, David Fultz, Joshua (Mandy) and Tim Fultz (Kylie); and her sisters, Pauline, Polly and Sandra Smith. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
