She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest J. "Junior" Hegarty and Earlene D. Hegarty (Carlow). She is survived by: her husband Derek Franklin; her children, Monica Franklin of Wichita, KS, Brent Franklin (Molly) of Atchison, KS and Grant Franklin (BriAnna) of Atchison, KS; her brother Mark Hegarty (Stephanie) of Cloverdale, CA; her grandchildren, Landon, Aleah and Derek; her stepfather Jim Wilson; and also, Jane Pickman (Tim) of Atchison, KS, Susie Kinsey of Atchison, KS, Shelly Andre (Bill) of Atchison, KS and Mary Jo Cole (Jeff) of Eagle River, AK.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the St. Benedict's School Endowment, Theater Atchison, or the Girl Scout Service Unit (GSSU) 801 Campership Fund and may be sent in care of the Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home who is handling the arrangements for the family.
