With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karl Duane Gfeller (Atchison, Kansas), born in Chapman, Kansas, who passed away on June 9, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis K. Gfeller and Ida E. Gfeller (Debenham); his daughters, Sue Ann Bell (Vern) and Joan Padgett (Dan); his grandchildren, Timothy Bell (Stacey), Jeffrey Bell (Sarah), Preston Padgett (Amanda) and Paige Padgett; his great grandchildren, McKenzi, Skylar, Landen, Abraham, Theodore and Augustus Bell; and his siblings, Leroy Gfeller, Elmerta Wilson and Linda Paulson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to NEK Hospice or Lancaster United Methodist Church and may be left in care of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home, 208 N. 5th Street with whom care has been entrusted.
