She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Handke and Helen Handke (Clark). She is survived by: her husband Raymond Albert Clem of Benedict's Church; her sister Kathleen Tyson (George) of Scottsdale, AZ; her children, Mary Lynn Ray (Ross) of Winchester, KS and Michael Clem (Deborah) of Los Gatos, CA; her grandsons, Andrew Clem (Lauren) and Matthew Clem; her stepgrandchildren, Carl Ray and Jodi Davis; her great grandchild Colbie Julia Clem; her brother Owen Handke; her children, Cathy and Andy; and also Raymond. She is also survived by five step-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Julia's contributions to her community were numerous and varied, with a focus on education and community support.
