She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Powell and Emma Powell (Friedricksen); and her husband Philip H. Jones. She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Gwynn (Tom) of Thorton, CO, Allison McFerrin and Laurie Jones-Tinklin of Mission, KS; her sister Deanna Stanley of Bennington, KS; and her grandchildren, Hunter Gwynn and Elizabeth'Libby'McFerrin.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Mt. Vernon Cemetery Association, St. Francis Academy, or the Trinity Episcopal Church Garden Fund and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
