With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Riley of Atchison, Kansas, born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on January 4, 2024 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Riley to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Riley and Jenny Riley (MacMillan); and his siblings, Cynthia Mohr and Thomas Riley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Jonathan Riley (Twanisha) of Houston, TX, Kathrine Knudsen (Brian) of Atchison, KS and Hilary Holt (Rayfield) of Atchison, KS; and his brothers, William Riley of Charleston, SC and Michael Riley of Sioux City, IA. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to Bishop Ward High School or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and may be left in care of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with whom care has been entrusted.
