It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jodi Deann Oelkers of Atchison, Kansas, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brothers, Eldon Butch Allen Jr. and Terry Brian Allen; and her niece Carrisa Barron. She is survived by: her parents, Delpha Allen (Earl Ellis) and Eldon "Butch" Allen Sr. (Deanna) of St. Joseph; her daughters, Nicole Walker (Ricky) of Jacksonville, FL and Amber Walts of St. Joseph; her siblings, Debbie Welters, Paige Allen and Richard Allen; and her niece Harley (Lucy Iellene). She is also survived by six grandchildren, 4 nephews.
