She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McCullough and Aileen McCullough (Zimmerman); her son Michael Stephenson; and her siblings, Donald McCullough, Robert McCullough, Anthony McCullough, Dana Blessent and Irma McCullough.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Stephenson (Kathy) of Atchison, KS and Melissa Stephenson of Atchison, KS; and her siblings, Jess McCullough (Patty) of Wichita, KS and Patricia McWilliam (Joe) of Paris, TX.
