He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Frans and Deloris Frans (Halstead); his wife Debbie; and his sister Debra Frans. He is survived by: his daughter Angela Figueiredo of Gulf Breeze, FL; and his siblings, Gerald Frans and Cathy Frans-Valladares of Greenville, SC.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Trinity Lutheran Church or Trinity Lutheran School Grant Fund and may be left in care of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home.
