Downing Jr. of Topeka, KS; his nephews, Wesley Downing of Topeka, KS, Ryan (Shalisha), Kyle Downing and Maxwell of Olathe, KS; and his uncle George Jennings. He is also survived by many cousins and numerous close friends.
