He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Hill and Peggy Hill (Rush); and his siblings, Liz Portenier, James Eddie and Kenneth Hill.
He is survived by: his former wife Glenda; his children, Jackie Hill, Jr. (Amber) of Springfield, MO, Jessica Rivera (Ricardo) of Springfield, MO and James; his grandchildren, Jordan Hill, Jessie Hill, Colton Russell and Aleah Rivera; his siblings, Wanda Hensley of Parker, KS, Ruby Corbett of Leavenworth, KS, Donna Copeland and Jerry Hill, Sr. of Weston, MO; and also Lisa.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks or to help the family with final expenses.
