With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gregory Don James of Atchison, Kansas, born in Grand Saline, Texas, who passed away on March 2, 2022 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert James and Doris James (Godwin); and his brother Robert L. James. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Blankenship; his children, Gregory D. James, Jr. of Van, TX, John B. James of Palmer, Brandon K. James of Alba, TX, Amon Stanely, Crab Orchard of West, VA, Kristen Davis of Aurora, Barbara Bailey and Beartown of West, VA; and his brother Mike James of Fort Worth, TX. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Liver Foundation or the American Cancer Society and may be sent in care of the Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home who is handling the arrangements.
