He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Newquist and Ruth Blide (Watson). He is survived by: his children, Tonnie Furjanic (Joe), Bill Newquist (Glenda) and Tammy Newquist (Dee Cameron); his grandchildren, Ryan and Rachel Newquist; and his stepgrandchildren, Matt Furjanic (Jen) and Melanie Ryan (Dave). He is also survived by three step great-grandchildren; and one stepsister.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Humane Society of Atchison, or the Muscotah United Church and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
