He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Henry and Alice Oswald (Wenger); his brother Roger; his sister-in-law Vivian Oswald; and his sister Jessie Bottorff.
He is survived by: his wife Alleta Frommer; his children, Donna Oswald of Atchison, Gregg Oswald (Terri) of Muscotah and Ronda DeLay (Ray) of Holton; his grandchildren, Rachel Haught (Kyle), Jackson DeLay (Jessie Chastain), Paige DeLay, Michael Oswald, Ashlea Fedler (Jonathan) and James Oswald; and his brother-in-law Gary Bottorff.
