It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Eugene Hanson Sr. of Atchison, Kansas, born in Palisade, Colorado, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Floyd and Anna Jean Hanson (Jensen); and his siblings, Chris, Donald, Arnold Hanson and Kathy Hanson.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Pace; his children, Floyd E. Hanson, Jr. (Mandy) of Atchison, KS and Charlene Hanson-Hixson of Atchison, KS; his stepdaughter Lola Mae Pace of Texas; and his siblings, Lena Hanson of Grand Junction, CO and Gene Hanson of Grand Junction, CO. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
