She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hugh Adams and Marie Adams (Martin); her husband Troy "Butch" Thixton; her sons, Chris Smith of Springfield, MO, Mark Smith of Belton, TX, Kurt Smith of Kansas City, MO and Clay Thixton; her stepchildren, Charles Thixton of Pueblo Co, Erik Thixton of Lexington Ne and Helen Canton of Hutchinson, KS.; and her siblings, William Adams Of (Kent), Janet Dixon of Larned, KS., Mary Lee Abelson and Cecil Ellis. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
