He is survived by: his wife Diana Boatright; his daughters, Heather Jones and Meghan Eyman of Mound City, MO; his stepsons, Barry White (Dawn) of Port Orchard, WA, Raymond White (Shuntell) and Leland Spencer (Colleen) of Topeka, KS; and his brother Gary Boatright. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
The family suggest memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
