She was predeceased by: her husband Rick; and her parents, Robert Vantellman and Gilbert. She is survived by: her daughters, Carrie Evans (Dennis) and Jamie Lee (James); her grandchildren, Walker Evans, Cheyenne Leonard (Payton), Weston Evans, Bailey Cushenberry, Wyler Evans (Ruthie Crocker), Shelby Heim, Sydney Elmore (Chris Acheson), Wagner Evans, Will Evans, Aaliyah Lee, Julia Lee, Patience Lee and Derek Sunderman; her great grandchild Scarlett Evans; and her siblings, Kay Lawson (Dennis), Danny Vantellman and Rodney Vantellman (Kim). She is also survived by other extended family members and friends.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Parkinson's Foundation.
