She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Ladwig and Josephine Ladwig (Beien); and her sons, Aaron, Jodie Schoenfelder and Alan Thomas Sass.

She is survived by: her former husbands, Leroy Schoenfelder and Alan Thomas Sass; her siblings, Pam Frakes, Cyndee Young (Charles), Kim Ladwig and Robert Ladwig; her nieces and nephews, Jason Frakes, Jon Frakes, Casey Frakes, Stancy Macha and Trisha Mannell; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lillie Frakes, Jackson Macha, Nate Macha and Sydney Mannell.

Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
