We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2022, at the age of 82, David Farris of Atchison, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse Glenn and Grayce Leona Farris (Rentschler); his wife Claire Fryer; his children, Mathew A. Farris (Shellie) of Southlake, TX, Sara L. Moreano (Phillip) of Lawrence, KS and Rebecca L. Petkus (Bret) of Southlake, TX; and his grandchildren, Cole, Sydney, Cooper Moreano, Lou, Joe, Jack, Sammy Petkus, Noah and Sutton Farris.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Atchison YMCA, Humane Society, or the Atchison Hospital Hospice, in lieu of flowers and may be sent in care of the Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home who is handling the arrangements.
