She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Smith and Mildred Smith Sr. (Busch); and her sister Vera Smith. She is survived by: her children, Lamar Henderson (Carla) of Atchison, KS, Theresa Martinez (Erick) of Atchison, KS, Diane Higginbotham (Chris) of Atchison, KS and Bobbie Evans (Jason) of Portageville, MO; and her siblings, Jesse Smith Jr. (Kim), Earl Smith, Michael Smith, Tim Smith, Linda Cross, Joan Schumaker and Mary Frisbie. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
