He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen M. Fultz and Willma F. Fultz (Moore); and his wife Eleanor Shoebrook. He is survived by: his daughter Ruby M. Huhn (Bob) of Oklahoma City, OK; his granddaughters, Melinda Conley (Eric) and Stephanie Lambert; and his great grandchildren, Chance, Tyler and Savannah.
