She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellsworth Phillips and Margaret Phillips (Carter); her daughters, Marlene Best and Charlene Rodriguez; and her brother Sonny Lee.
She is survived by: her brother Richard Lee of El Paso, TX; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Best and Jackie Cambra. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
