She was predeceased by: her parents, John Burton and Viola Burton (Merit); and her son-in-law Richard Earl. She is survived by: her spouse Jesse E. Goodpasture; her children, Jesse L. Goodpasture, Marilyn Sue Chatman, Lois May Thompson and Carol Jean Martin; her children-in-law, Sharron Goodpasture, Roger Chatman and Larry Thompson; her children, Lola L. "Renne" Earl of Atchison, KS, Donna R. Wood (Jim) of Atchison, KS, Linda K. Ballard (Glenn) of Rushville, MO and John D. Goodpasture (Pat Fitzpatrick) of Trimble, MO; and her grandchild Thirty. She is also survived by Thirty-two great grandchildren, One hundred eighteen great great grandchildren and Eighty-two great great great grandchildren.
