She is survived by: her significant other Robert Lohmeyer; her children, Joshua (Miranda Laue) and Krista (Julia); her grandchildren, Logan, Dylan, Malachi, Moriah and Josiah; her great grandchild Nathaniel; and her brothers, William and John Coolidge.

Memorials may be made in Lisa's memory to the American Cancer Society or Gentiva Hospice.
