He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble C. Booth and Ruth Booth (Rainey); his sisters, Vera Anderson, Verna Cranor and Verda Holland (Jeannie); and his close friend Sam Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Jan Butler; his children, Brent Booth (Dawn) and Janet Bernd (Larry); his stepsons, Nick Butler (Tori) of Tonganoxie, KS, Mike Butler (Katie) of Pittsburg, KS and Adam Butler (Jessica) of Big Sandy, MT; his grandchildren, Kayla Angleton (Tom), Ryan Bernd (Jenn), Colt Booth (Kylie), Dakota Booth (Emily), Chaneya Julich (Tyler), Brittany Forkner (Kyle), Caitlyn Bernd, Ethan, Olivia, Graham, Cassia, Sienna, Lila, Amara, Ava, Kase and Jett Butler; and his nephew Arthur Allen Anderson (Connie) of Edgerton, KS.. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, many extended family members and dear friends and neighbors.
The family request memorial contributions be made payable to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice or the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
