He was predeceased by: his parents, Judson Milford and Wilma Maxine Booth (Lacey); and his brother Dennis Booth of Casper Wyoming. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth McPherson (Roger); his stepdaughter Kelsey Taylor; and his siblings, Carl Booth and Pam Muir (Louis). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
The Family has suggested no flowers or plants, but in Terry's name donations may be made to the Ashland EMS.
