He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bieber (Carolyn) and Lily Spires (Jim); and his siblings, Robert Bieber, Harold Bieber, Wauneta Barnes, Jean Blair, Dorothy Reinschield, Marie Adams, Patricia Walker, Walter, Grace and Clarence.

He is survived by: his wife Ellen Bieber; his children, Rory Bieber, Christina Bieber, Barbara Odermann, Wesley Bieber, Cynthia Kirmer (Lane Smalts) and Joseph Bieber (Jodi); and his siblings, Daniel Bieber and Carolyn Martin. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
