She is survived by: her son Harold Joe Hay (Gaye) of Arma; her grandsons, Jason Alan Hay (Tara) of Smithville, MO and Jeremy Joe Hay of Bartlesville, OK; and her great grandchild Jayse Lynn Hay of Smithville, MO..
