He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Grano and Mary Fearmonti Grano. He is survived by: his sister Mary Jo Anderson of Pittsburg; and his niece Dawn M. Anderson of Naperville.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorial be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Ann's Altar Society, or the Arma Library.
