He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Dean Boswell; and his grandparents, Charles W. and Lillian Fay Boswell. He is survived by: his mother Vicky Boswell (Gish); his wife Heidi Karrio; his sons, Colby Boswell (Irene) of Roeland Park, KS, Nathen and Branden Boswell; his sister Shana House (Clint) of Holts Summit, MO; his grandparents, Richard and Margaret Gish of Mexico, MO; and his nieces, Paislee and Paityn House. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
