She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. Bishop and Nellie B. Bishop (Forrester); her parents-in-law, Sterling and Bessie Tousley; her sister Marjorie Little; and her grandchildren, Kristi Dyke and Deacon Staten.
She is survived by: her husband Pete Tousley; her daughters, Deborah Oestmann (Marlin) of Arkansas City and Karen Staten (Buddy) of Arkansas City; her siblings, Betty Armstrong of Lexington, TN, Faye Alexander of Lexington, TN, Sue Crenshaw (Benny), Carolyn Hardeman (Howard), Kenny Bishop (Linda) of Paducah, KY and Mark Bishop (Ann) of Paducah, KY; and her grandchildren, Brittney Hayes (Brad) of Lincoln, NE, Beth Hunt (Aaron) of Arkansas City, Dustan Staten (Jessicah) of Arkansas City, Morgan Foust (Tanner) of Arkansas City, Jared Staten (Cheyenne Ford) of Arkansas City, Kyle Oestmann of Arkansas City and Sarah Oestmann of Winfield, KS. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for the Kindred Hospice and the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
