He is survived by: his children, Crissy Mayfield of Arkansas City, Seth Mayfield of Blackwell, Zach Mayfield of Ponca City and Makenna Walton (Chance) of Missouri; his adoptive daughter Tawnie Mayfield of Arkansas City; his sister Jeri Bruce (Mark) of Arkansas City; his father William "Bill" Mayfield (Annie) of Sedalia, MO; and his grandsons, Alec Berg, Chance Walton and Myles Mayfield.
A memorial has been established for the Bill Mayfield Memorial Fund to assist with funeral expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
